DR. Hsiung,
In regards to that your policy here is that it is fine to discuss actions {we} take, policy and to ask for your rationales,I am requesting that we have dialog here concerning the following.
Your opening page of the faith forum writes that it is not OK to post that one's faith says in relation to that my faith has a commandment to me. You also write something like that one belives it because their faith teaches it. You also write that one way for a statement to be approved by you is to preface it with {I believe}. And you also post something like that if something is uncivil, prefacing it with {I believe} does not make it civil.
I have the following concerns:
A. If it is not OK to post [{my faith saysXXX}(which is the foundation of Jewdaism)], is it the {my faith says} that is not OK or is it the [the foundation of Jewdaism)] that is not OK to post here or something else?
B. In your rule for the faith board, there is something about the use of {shall} that is also involved in this. And also, something like [...people believe it because their faith teaches it...]. So are {my faith says} and {I believe} and {my faith teaches} equivalent? I am unsure as to what you are meaning in relation to this and if you could clarify this, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly in relation to that you have posted that if the foundation of a faith puts down those of other faiths, that it is not acceptable to be posted here.

I am unsure as to now that you post that one way for something to be acceptable here is to preface it with {I believe}. Could then I post the post that you post that I can not post here as being OK,[...that my god has revealed to me a commandment to me (the foundation of Jewdaism)...], in the form with the preface {I believe}? If so, then what in the original could mean that I did not believe it? Does it not go without saying that one believes what they post unless they preface it with that the do not believe it?

> Lou PilderDR. Hsiung,
I am unsure as to what you want to mean by the preface {people of my faith believe} as to if it is equivalent to {people believe it because their faith teaches it}.
I am wondering if you mean that {my faith says} is equivalent to, {the doctrine of the group that I belong to says} or not? If so, then if someone says that people of their faith {believe} XXX, do you want that to mean that[people of that faith{accept as true}] XXX because it is part of that group's doctrinal body? If so, could you further define what you mean as to if you mean that {believing XXX} is equivalent to {accepting XXX because it is a part of their group's foundational doctrines}, or is there a difference? An example of this could be that someone might {believe} XXX but not believe YYY and both may be part of their group's doctrinal body.
If you could clarify this, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.

Regarding that, would you be willing to ask someone else for input? Thanks,

> BobDR. Hsiung,
I am unsure after reading your reply to me as to how it answered my question as to what part of the statement is not OK. Let me review.
My request for clarification involved asking you for clarification as to your policy for the faith forum in regards to your rule for the faith forum that says that it is not civil here to post:
[My faith says XXX{the foundation of Jewdaism)}
My request is for you to clarify as to if it is the part ,{my faith says} that makes the statement not OK or if it is {the foundation of Jewdaism} that is not OK here to post or something else.
Your reply to me is:
[...That should be OK...]
But your rule for the faith forum writes that it is not Ok to post:
[...My faith says XXX {the foundation of Jewdaism}...]
If you could clarify this for me, as to that you have written that it is not Ok in your policy on the faith board, but you write here that it is OK, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.

In your rule here that says that it is not Ok to post
[...My faith says that >I<XXX {the foundation of Jewdaism}...] or,[...My faith says that >people< XXX{the foundation od Jewdaism}...], I can understand the part about {people}, but I am unsure as to understanding your rule in regards to ,[...My faith says that {I}XXX (the foundation of Jewdaism)...].
So in any reply to me, could we focus on the part that you write in your rules here,
[...My faith says that {I} XXX (the foundation of Jewdasim)...]?

If you are meaning that {my faith says} is equivalent to {the Rider said to me}, then yes.

You wrote,[...would you be willing to ask someone else for input?...].
I prefer that we continue our dialog by answering on your own the requests for clarification from me that I have here.I am requesting clarification from you so that I can respond accordingly. If I was to know what you are wanting to mean concerning the word{shall}, or {should}, in regards to this discussion, then I could have a better understanding concering your rationale, the policy here, and more clarification concerning about the actions you have taken and such, which you write here that it is fine to discuss.
If I was discussing this with someone other than you, their reply to me may not be what your reply could be to me.
Others are free to post in this thread, but I ask that if anyone is going to post here in reagrds to what Dr. Hsiung asks me to ask someone else about for input, I am asking that those responders post as to if what they are posting is of their own opinion or if it is what Dr. Hsiung is meaning and that you post the authority for such. If that could be done, then I could know if what is posted is speculation on what one here could think that Dr. Hsiung is meaning or not and have the opportunity to respond accordingly.

You wrote,[...Ok would depend on what that something was...ask someone else...?]
I think that if I was to have a reply from you to me as to if you are wanting to mean that {the Rider said to me} is or is not equivalent to{ my faith says}in relation to the post in discussion here,[...Rider said to me {that I} XXX (the foundation of Jewdaism)...], that I could then have the understanding that I am requesting and then I could be better able to post a response to your post here accordingly.
As to asking someone else,I prefer to have a reply from you to me concerning this because it is about your policy and TOS here and your rationale.
