Friends,
It is written here that there is a sugesstion that [...if I do not like the rules...leave...].
But I say to you that want the rule that says that I will be expelled from the forum if I was to ask Dr. Hsiung to make a determination in his thinking as to if a statement has the potential to arrouse antisemitic feelings, posted by those that I have already been told by Dr. Hsiung that 3 of those posts by that person were acceptable in his thinking. Is that rule supportive? Is it civil?
I have a catalog of posts that are on the boards now that defame Jews and me as a Jew that the administration at this time is unwilling to sanction. Some are years old, some are showing at this moment. I can not post these posts with the new rule made shortly before the block of me would run out.
I ask you, why do you think would the adminstration whose goals are support and education want to leave posts unsanctioned that could foster defamation toward Jews and me as a Jew on the forum, even when I request that they be sanctioned? Is there not Dr. Hsiung writing that he does in his thinking what will be good for the community as a whole? And are not some people here by that statement possibly led to believe that by leaving those statements unsanctioned that he is doing what in his thinking will be good for the community as a whole? I ask you, where on this earth is there where it is good for the community as a whole to let staements that defame Jews remain unsanctioned when the rules prohibit the posting of what could lead one to feel accused or put down or that the statement in question is not sensitive to the feelings of others or the statement not respecting the views of others or accuses.
You say that you do not see them? They are plainly visible and if you would like to have a catalog of them, you can have them from me at

Dunno wassup with you???
But you beating a dead horse as the saying goes.
Trying to buck the system here is pretty much that.
I don't got any prob. w/people of the Jewish faith.
Jesus was a Jew. I love Jesus.
So I'm cool w/Jewish stuff.
There's always gonna be people dissing other people in this world.
Thats the way it sucks all right.
Wish you could just chill and forget the Jew stuff and just hang w/us guys on the boards.
Hope your able to chill.
Take care,
Muffled

I've seen others try.
They just end up being blocked or hurt.
I just think if Bob knows your point of view, he knows it.
What else can you realistically do but make yourself nuts over it?

just so's you know I'm not cold and callous. I know it hurts when you don't get listened to.
Its hard to walk away.
But sometimes its for the best.
Cuz it just hurts to keep fighting a fight you can't win.
You just get beat up.
Been there done that. No fun.
Just hate to see you get hurt is all.
Sort of like that song....
'you gotta know when to hold 'em,
know when to fold 'em,
know when to walk away,
know when to run,
you never count your money while sitting at the table,
there'll be time enough for counting,
when the dealings done'
Its about poker really.
Anyhow, once again, sorry if I came across as uncaring. Cuz I do care.
Thats why I don't wanto see you get hurt too.
Take care,
Muffled

M,
I guess that I do not know what you mean by beating a dead horse. Could you clarify that, for I am not real familiar with that expression as to what it could mean.

> Lou***It means that if you beat a horse to keep it going it'll eventually die. Then if you keep beating on it when its dead it does no good cuz its dead. Its not gonna go no more.
So it means that you fighting a fight you can't win.
This site is owned by Bob. And you can try and get your point across, but after a time, there's nothing more you can do.
If Bob doesn't want to change something, then there is nothing you can do but walk away.
This is Bobs site.
Took me awhile to figger that and decide I could live with it for now. Even if I don't agree with some of Bobs opinions. I just try not to let myself get sucked into it, and just think of how I enjoy my babblefriends and try and follow the rules that exist, even if I think some of them are silly. They are the rules of this site, Bobs site.
So there you have it. Kinda sucks, but so does lotsa stuff.

m,
I had a different idea of the idiom,[...beating a dead horse...]
You see, that was used in the 1800's by a British Parliment speaker when he said that the bill that he was talking about in Parliment would not pass. He said it was like flogging a dead horse.
But the bill passed!

***LOL!!
But that was at a democratic parliament.
This is babble.
NOT democratic.
But ok mostly.
The people are special.
Enjoy the people.
Forget Bob and his dumb rules.
Just try not to get yourself blocked is all.
