This gonna sound really dumb, but how do I sign outta here...I can't seem to find a logout button anywhere. If I just close the browser, will it log me out?

You don't. There's no logging in and out.
You can clear your cookies if you don't want to leave your information on the computer.

Click on "Extras" beneath the google search bit, and you can log in and out there.
I have used it when I use different computers.. as it means my "new flags" are correct where ever I am.
It won't stop anyone viewing PB.. though I guess it stops them posting as you
