I can't seem to get my capital P back in my name. I've just acquired a Mac and don't know if it's the Mac or me.
Can you fix it?

Reply to this message. Near the top of the form, in the box that says Name, type your name with a capital P.
Submit message as usual.
That should sort it out. If not, then I probably can't help... I'm not very good with this stuff!

The imac I use at home seems to have some weird quirks that I've yet to figure out.
