Everything ok, Slinky?
If you want to arrange it so you can't post for a certain period of time, I think you can e-mail Dr. Bob and ask him to unofficially "block" you (to prevent you from posting for how ever long you want).
Take care,

Tamara's right.
Dr. Bob's apparently changed his stance since he used to refuse to block people for no reason. I think Alexandra's said that he blocks her when she asks him to.
Unfortunately you can still read.

Once.
He did once.
I said 'please don't make me swear at you'.
And I would have too...
I had to write a paper for conference in two days...

Well, in that case, the best way is to change your password to a string of unrememberable letters or numbers. You can get it back by requesting it, but if you want to cut off that option, you can change your email address as well.
But I hope you don't do anything that extreme, because I'd miss you. Changing the password generally gives me a Babble break when that's what I need.
Is anything wrong, Slinky?

Slinky,
I saw your post on the main board. Don't worry a bit about not being up to providing support, not one bit, ok. That is part of the ebb and flow of Babble - people get support when they need it, and they give it when they can. If staying away is what you think is in your best interests right now, then you do what you have to do, but, not if it is because you think you have nothing to offer in terms of support. Keep posting, Slinky. People here care about you and like having you around.

Tamara's right, Sweetie.
Take a break if that's what's best for you, but don't worry about us. We love having you around.
