Some of us OCDers would like a CBT board (or maybe even an OCD board, instead) where we can share our CBT experiences, homework and the like. Can we do this?

It's a fine thing to do on Psychology. In the past I've tried to get DBT homework groups up and running.

I never go to psychology. But, I really think a CBT board would help a lot of us. This would also help to save money. We would have to report back here somehow. My therapist doesn't do it. But it helped in the past. Fondly, Phillipa

But Psychology was created for that exact purpose, among others. If people aren't using it for that, it doesn't mean it can't be. It just means it isn't being.
As I said, I once tried to start a DBT self help thing there, but it didn't fly.
Psychology is what people make of it.
