A board where it is safe to read when you are feeling down and fragile.
A board where you can only post optimistic happy or silly things. Good news. People can redirect sad stuff off the threads but somewhere safe for when people are feeling fragile.

I suppose it says something about my personality that my initial reaction was to recoil and say eeeewwwwwww!
There's something about me that rejects the purely positive.

Yeah. It probably isn't the best idea...
It is just that some people have been saying about how hard they find it to read the boards sometimes... and I have found that myself...But I guess you can sort of tell from the subject headers anyway

That wasn't a comment about the idea, Alexandra. :) It was a comment about myself.

It's not a bad idea, either. I'm just wondering how many people would post to it. I know I would when I'm feeling maniacally happy, which happens sometimes. Hmmm. I usually go to Social and post a joke, sometimes I do post on Psychology but I think it's pretty hard to tell from my posts what's going to be in them. Maybe that's something I could work on. Would it help if I put something in the subject line, Alex, like maybe, hmmm... ++?

You are fine Susan.
I just thought it might be nice for people who might be feeling a bit fragile. But then sometimes threads start out happy and end up sad or vice versa.
It doesn't matter.
I wasn't particularly attached to the idea...

It's a good one, though. It's another element of life. Not to be forgotten, most especially, I believe, in our worlds... I laughed myself completely silly at the theatre last night, haven't done that in years. The play we're putting on is getting worse and worse every time I hear it. :]
This is the end of the thread.
