Calling all Babblers:
It appears that Bob has abandoned us here. As those of us who have been here a bit know, there is a way we've found of dealing with things like this in the past, and I'm going to suggest it to all fellow Babblers now: We so clog this page and Admin with post after post that the offending headers will be forced into the archives. The posts can be one word long. It doesn't matter, so long as there are lots of them. Angel Girl obviously has a ton of support here. We don't need to make entreaties to Bob to get rid of those f*cking headers. And this post is hopefully the first of many that will expunge that awful word from view. What say you, Army of Babble? Well, I'll be damned. I just searched all over PB, looking for spots where it still might exist, and couln't find one of them. Did this happen all at once (Bob intervention), or did the debate just sort of "organically" force the much-loathed headers to the top of the pages and into the archives?
I feel a bit the fool, now, marshalling forces for a battle that's already over. But at least my heart was in the right place, if not my cerebellum. Thanks, Alex! Atticus

Atticus, sweetie, I know you are upset by what happened to me and that you don't feel it was fair. I didn't like it or agree with it either but I do not want to see you get blocked because of me or for any reason. I would miss you on the boards. Call me selfish. lol!!! Please, can you just let it go now. I think Dr. Bob is quite aware of how each of us feels, most of all me, with my endless rants towards him. I think we should move on to better things now. How 'bout it?

AtticusSince writing this post I saw your other post where you said that Dr. Bob deleted 3 of your posts. I would like to amend my comments to you in this post.
I would still not be happy for you to get blocked but I myself feel that I can not let it go again so I can hardly ask you to, if this is something that you feel passionate about. PLEASE feel NO obligation to do so on my behalf though. I just would ask you to post as to not get blocked please.

Four posts that I placed on Admin yesterday and today had mysteriously vanished into thin air by this afternoon. I thought the processes on Admin were SUPPOSED to be "transparent," Dr. Bob. But when a message extended over four posts is vaporized, I have to wonder if we've moved into a whole new level of defensive censorship on your part. You didn't even leave xxxxxx's to indicate that you had removed the posts. What's up, boyo? The nips of we lab rats starting to get to you? And now Fallen4myT has just reported missing posts as well. We're not bloody novices unable to work your site. Is this going to be your new strategy when beseiged after making a decision that so many people disagree with? Much like the "I am protesting..." posts, they were statements stretched over three posts meant to push the word "*ntichrist" in the poll headers off of the board. This afternoon, the posts just went poof! (Along with a message from Bob to be "administrative." That vanished at the same time.) I looked on Admin, and they were gone without a trace. Only went up yesterday. First time that's ever happened to me on Babble. Interesting that mine were singled out as not being "administrative," while "custard" apparently passed the test. Custard is apparently tres administrative in Bobby's worldview. Atticus
