I keep meaning not to come to this board, or at least not too often. This is as I find some of the posts/threads involving challenge/disagreement lead to me having unhelpful feelings, whether worry, frustration, irritation, confusion or whatever!
But I do keep coming back- just to check?! And maybe also as small number of threads are straightforward and relevant to me without being demanding.
I realise that the only people who read this will be ones who do come to PBA. Are any of you trying not to visit?!

I'm trying not to visit because I don't like the tone of the fighting and because I am becoming increasingly irritated with *something* but I am defensive of my friends so I keep coming back to see if they are ok.
I am going to have to tie my hands behind my back. If I start jumping in (actually, I already have), my defensiveness will only result in nastiness. And that is not my style.

> SabrinaOh, I know! I think I'm hoping lots that others will also give this board a break for a while. But given I'm finding it difficult to stop myself... And it doesnt bring the best out of me, either. Mixture of not being able to say what I really think, and sometimes also launching in unwisely.
However, we can all make this choice, so there is an element of me feeling protective of you(!) as its a shame for you to be exposed to some of the nastier aspects of this Board due to your wanting to protect people. An honourable reason, tho.
As you may have seen on PSB, a small select group of us arent able to get involved in some of the problems (a plse do not post). Which may help me to move on. But I need one more time (absolutely banning myself from posting), as I will want to see what happened with my posts.
Hmmm.... That doesnt sound very convincing!
PS: good lucky partlycloudy!!
Hope to 'see' you both on PSB.

Hi Sabrina.
I think PBA can bring out both the best and worst in people.
