I am relatively new here and really am quite amused by your posts. I just came here because I was suffering from some deep emotional pain and thought that by sharing with others and them sharing with me, it might be easier to bear.
I don't know who Dr. Bob is, and I really haven't thought about his dealings in this website. I guess I think of it as something similar to all websites that offer an open forum where people can talk to each other either live or via posts.
It seems to me that any one of us who feel offended have the same britches to get un-offended and if that is not possible, then so be it. Life is and always will be about people and feelings and noone is ever going to have an easy go of it 24/7.
I don't need anyone to fight my battles for me, I don't even have a battle for anyone to fight here. I have been here a few mere weeks and have already found more compassion and understanding from ever person I have met here in that short time, than I have in the real world all my life.
So as far as a civil law suit, I find that extreemly unnessary on my part...others may dissagree. However, I see noone here jumping on the bandwagon you seem to be driving through town. I truely don't understand. Perhaps you are someone who was offended here, I don't know. I just really don't see why it has to be something that takes away from the other boards and distracts people from mutually supporting each other.
It's Just Truely Sad.
I suggest "Lighten Up Baby, I'm In Love With You" by OOps I can't remember the Artist.....not even sure it's the correct title.....and really....who cares?
Since I am new, I am probably not supposed to post on this board, and if so, I will be notified in some way. As previously stated, I have the same britches to get glad in.......

AG, I'm relatively new here too and I don't want your post would go unnoticed. It appears to me that people seem to gravitate to a certain board here. I started on PB, but everyone had said so much about my medication already that there wasn't much to say. Then I went to Faith and promptly got banned for calling someone anti-semitic. I returned to the Writing board, but soon I became intimidated by a couple of really talented poets who made my amateur expressions seem lame. So, lately i've been hanging out at the Admin bar, not because the bartender's so great (try the Bloody Mary, it's really fresh these days) but because people here in general seem to care more about keeping this place safe for others. You have every right to post anywhere you like on the various boards of PB. And I hope you do.

Good you felt OK about submitting a post. Its fine to do that! If you read thru a few posts in a thread like the recent one, you'll see the kind of things that get a 'please be civil' message from Dr Bob. Long way from what you said. Happy posting!

And it's nice to meet you. One thing I have found as a common personality trait of people I seem drawn to is their humor. I find that true here as well. I like yours. Reminds me of mine.
