Dr Bob,
I was filling out the MOS-SSS inventory when I clicked submit it said that I needed to use numbers for something. I didn't know what that meant so I couldn't submit my form. What does that mean?

Maybe I need to rephrase that message. :-) I think it refers to the number of friends and relatives you entered, was that a number?
