this is to get the webmaster's attention again: SATAN
What is uncivil about humor, or exaggeration for that matter? Ask anyone trying to get off this drug if they think I am exaggerating. Lighten up. I wasn't doing this for you, or for me. Forget it... I'll establish my own website for this purpose.

For what it's worth, I believe Courtney was perfectly civil.
It's easy to exaggerate when you feel like crap, and anyone who's been through Effexor withdrawals knows she feels mighty lousy.
(It's like a main course of the stomach flu with a side dish of Parkinson's disease!)People exaggerate here all the time. For example, Dr Bob's response to a bitter joke was exaggerated.

I'm here in support of Courtney, also. Only those who've gone through the tunnel of Effexor withdrawal can relate, TOTALLY, to this post.
Besides, I found it witty, funny and dead on. Sometimes it helps to write it out, and heck, we're all adults, right?
On subject, I've heard small dosages of Prozac can help the withdrawal period. I do not have firsthand experience as I did it the "old fashioned way" and, in retrospect, too quickly, but I was just following Dr's orders. I went from 450mg per day to nothing in something like like 2 or 3 weeks. Anyway, it was HORRIBLE. Try to imagine an ice pick sticking into the side of your head constantly for weeks and you will NOT be offended by that post.

Sure, it's easy to exaggerate, and it can be therapeutic to express yourself, but this isn't necessarily the place, and I hope adults will exercise some restraint. Thanks,
Bob

Sorry, Dr. Bob. I appear to be under the same influence of that particular deity.
BTW, Gab, my Goth niece makes all her xmas presents from Satan (vs. Santa). I do appreciate her!
