Dr. Bob,
On the Faith Board you have asked Dena to rephrase a statement she made regarding Jesus. I tend to keep my opinions of blocking, warnings, etc. to myself. But I ask you to consider that Dena is posting on the Faith Board. Her Faith is that of Jesus. It is not putting another faith down by stating a belief. If we are to be in any kind of a discussion with each other, our beliefs will need to be stated. None of us will agree with everyone. Some of us will agree with noone. But it is necessary that we have, at least, enough freedom to speak of our beliefs.
Please consider what you have asked of her. Dena is not hurtful or confrontational. She is an important part of the Faith Board and has been very respectful of all you have asked of her.
I want to be able to speak about my Faith without fear of being blocked or warned to rephrase statements of belief. Her statement is one of Faith and not offensive.

I can see where the problem comes in there..
instead of saying that it was her opinion that Jesus had no equal, she made a statement of fact.. that there IS no equal.. which for people of other faiths, that don't believe is jesus can be kind of offensive.
I admit I get offended when people tell me that Jesus is the only way.. that Jesus died for ME.. Because I, personally, don't believe that.. I believe other things. I never ever want to be told that ANYONE died for me.
I don't mind people saying what they believe at all, as long as they don't try and make me think that I am wrong. No one is right or wrong when it comes to religious beliefs. Its just a personal thing, and I am a strong believer that it is something that should stay personal. Discuss it, sure, but never try and make out somene else is wrong for believing different to you.
Hope that epxlains it.. I'm never very good at explaining what I mean!
