For Dr. Bob

Posted by ZeeZee on November 11, 2002, at 9:02:59

It appears that it is time for me to update my registration. When I did,(using the same name and password, but with a change from my husbands e-mail to mine) it stated that my e-mail address was blocked. Can you explain?
Thanks

I think it was something left over from having been blocked before. Hmm, I should look into that... (Or there might have been a problem with your email account.)

I use both e-mail addresses and re-registered before while I happened to be on my husbands. However, I'd like it to be under my address and to eliminate the message notifications going to his address.
Thanks

Dr. Bob:

I got a notice to reregister when I tried to post. I am very depressed and tired. I reregistered, and it said my address was blocked. I know I'm not blocked. Or is this still left over from PB Open's banning?

Anyway, I just put a new e-mail address in, and after about a million years, was able to post my loser rant on PSB.

Today I've receive zero notifications of posts including those relating to my thread. However, on my husbands e-mail address he received 20+ noticfications. Would you please correct this so it is under my e-mail address and not his (which is how I originally registered last Spring)?
If there is a way to communicate with you directly I can give you the addresses I'm referring to.
Thanks

OK, assuming this really is working again, you should be able to go to the registration page:

https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl

and "update" your registration to the email address you want. Then notifications should go to that email address.

Thanks, Bob. I think a bunch of us were surprised to see that we were blocked. A little amusing really.
