I remember a poster here that was close to taking their own life and I was discussing something with her/him and I did offer the poster to come to my mansion and stay for a while as a last resort to carrying out their plan to end their life.
Over 30 yeas ago, I rented a large house in Cincinnati and took in those that were desparate and at the end of their road. Many people walked the Road to the Crown of Life when the stayed with me and now they have abundant lives.
I now have many mansions of my own and offered that poster the same thing that I did 30 years ago. I guess that is what you were referring to about recruiting?

For the last week you have been reading about the posts that I am answering. And some of them are from you, also.
Now I was just getting started with what you asked about sales when I had to respond to other posts because I thought that it was more important for me to do so. I have evry intention of answering any and all questions by anyone here and at this time, I am spread to thin to answer the sales thread. However, I think that the thread that I am involved in on the admin. board is reaching the end . Could we wait untill that thread ends to go back to the sales thread. I think that you are genuinally interested and I would be delighted to continue it.

why mansions, lou? just curious. wouldn't it help people more to live simply and donate your money and time to altrusitic charities? this is a straightforward question, not meant to be critical at all. you could hire others to spread your story as well...

I rent the mansions to people that others will not rent to. They have large families , or are hanicapped or bankrupt or displaced. Some of the people sell their houses that are next to mine when some people move in.

Right now I live in a mansion and have 5 emty rooms. They did follow the guidlines. Some are professors, some are attorneys, some are teachers, some are farmers, etc.

... who believes that he has many mansions - notice he doesn't use the phrase "big houses" or "large-ish dometic dwelling spaces..." He calls them MANSIONS. This is a VERY particular word, chosen with care, here, ringing a very particular bell for Christians.
Those of us who attended Sunday school against our will (like me) probably can't recall, but all you Biblical scholars will know chapter and verse what the exact quote is - something like "My house has many mansions?" "In my house there are many mansions..." And God said it, or Jesus said God said it -
So Lou thinks he is God. That's mighty frightening ...
Hey, isn't there a separate board for these guys? Well, there sould be. And then the rest of us who DON'T think we're God could continue our discussions about things "of this world."

Sorry, Dinah... But I don't know whether you think that's a good thing or a bad thing. Now sometimes there are people who are left speechless because they are afraid, and then there are people who are speechless because they have nothing to say. Then again, speechlessness could be a bad thing, implying that the person MIGHT have words to say, but feel stifled, or maybe even ignored if they say what they really would like to say. I myself have felt this last kind of speechlessness for many months.
However, there is something I do not understand. If you could explain to me what you meant by my comments leaving you speechless, and I would welcome your comments and questions, then I might be able to comment on your comments about my comments.

Credit needs to be given where credit's due. I feel that we should be more supportive of any person that can do so very much despite the odds against them.
After all, setting a number of world records in sales (despite being a rookie), teaching math, getting two master’s degrees, helping people free themselves from benzodiazepine addiction and rare adverse reactions to psychotropic drugs, becoming a millionaire, doing four years intensive research into musical hallulinations, studying the epidemiology of psychotropic drugs, because “insurance, drugs, & death” was his business, & even time travel (…when I was on the Road, I was transported into the future to The Kingdom of God - http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/social/20020616/msgs/25723.html ) are all very remarkable accomplishments, especially time travel.
And don't forget having the know-how to be very successful financially without letting it ruin your spirituality. After all, owning a number of mansions, living in one & renting the others out to people who need them show how altrusitic he is despite his millions.

Thank you for the synopsis since January. It was my original intention to post The 7 Gates on the Road to the Crown of Life in short time. However, when I started to post, I was sidetracked by numeous posters into collatteral issues that demanded my attention to answer. This kept me away from the Gates, but I could not do both at the same time. In fact, I remember answering some posts from yourself. Then the blocking came. I have been blocked 4 times for 11 weeks and each time that I returned, I felt that I had to start over. Then came the hostility and I had to devote much time to defend myself. Then there are the rules of the board which restricts speech . Now I believe in abiding by admin. rules and I will do so. But, as Dinah has posted, this may not be the place for me to continue, for this board may not permit me to post the 6th and 7th Gates because they could be in breach of this board's rules. This is not to say that this board's rules should not exist, but it only means that I may have to go someware else to complete the Gates.

I went back into some of the archives to better understand Lou when I was conversing with him, but didn't get anywhere worth while. I really, honestly, appreciate being sort of "up-to-date" on the issues at hand here. Your post was valuable to me, is what I guess I'm trying to say. (?)

Bob prefers that we be supportive. He also has stated that he'd like it if we could post links to any posts that we mention of others. So this is what I've tried to do. My previous post was the best possible way I could think to bring everything together with links & quotes and still make it supportive.
I don't want the title of 'queen' passed to me (thanks beardy). Crowns sit uneasily on my head, mess up my hair, & require that I keep my head straight & level so it won't fall off. What's more like me is the queen of klutzy. I just wanted all this brought together in one place, in as civil and as encouraging a tone as possible. Each person can decide what they think of it themselves.
There's been many new posters that haven't really understood what's been happening before or what's been said. Lou does have a tendency for multiple postings in one thread that can be difficult for others to follow. If everything is brought together, then those who've been away (or too ill to read regularly) plus new posters can get a fairly good idea of where the threads have been leading. I think I did it so each link will lead to a separate thread discussing Lou's experiences & other's questions. That way, if someone desires, they can explore the threads even more.
The more information (not accusations) that's gathered in one place - in one thread - the easier it will be for people to decide whether to continue exploring that theme & whether they wish to continue asking further questions.
