Dear Ron,We live in hope! I'm grateful, for the sake of the Board, that he hasn't been here...
In my experience, where I asked Bob about a particular person's block status, Bob does not reply. If you don't see TSA's posts, then they're not here, and he isn't posting.
When he didn't reply to my query, I thought: "Ok, lesson learned, Bob! Cheers!" Lesson is: It's not up to Bob to keep us all abreast of who's been blocked. I suggest reading the archived posts.

That was the last time we heard from TSA West - when he offered to do research for people with meds. He never replied to any requests. Dr. Bob had warned him about including tags in his answers. I know nothing beyond that.
