Got checking over some things last night with my son & I'm thinking that the way the response time varies back & forth that it may have more to do with heavy use at certain times than any other thing. Checking tracer routes & ping times, the change in response doesn't always reflect changes in the other two. What's your take on this, Dr. Bob?

If heavy use were the answer, i don't understand why it would be so slow this morning, eastern standard time no less.
