I'm taking 225 mg/day venlafaxine and 150 mg/day bupropion.
Are there an optimal times in the day for taking these medicines? Currently I'm taking 75 mg venlafaxine, and 150 mg bupropion, in the morning, and the remaining 75 mg venlafaxine in the evening.

I found the dosing of effexor hard because it was slightly sedating and also slightly stimulating. I'd say wellbutrin is probably best to take in the morning. As for effexor, the idea of splitting the dose might make sense.
