Hey folks,
I hope this is cool with you guys, but I started an email listserv (automated subscription email), that will go out to anyone who subscribes. (There is a spam filter, and all messages have to be approved. Just use any old gmail/yahoo/whatever account.

Is there a way to turn off the requirement for approval of new messages? That would allow the mailing list to continue to function even when the owner/administrator is incapacitated. It would also eliminate the delay between posting a message and its approval.
