The 4 strains that I find most interesting are:
Lactobacillus helveticus, Bifidobacillus longum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamonsus
Does anyone know what the number that follows the strains mean? Is it important? Example: Lactobacillus Reuteri DSM 20016

Fecal transplant may also be of interest in this context, though I wouldn't know where or how to acquire suitable material for transplant. It might be an interesting business niche to sell sh*t (asterisk not mine!) from particularly successful persons ;)

I have healthy respect of that. You will aquire all viruses, bacteria, funguses and auto-immune issues perhaps, right? But yeah, it sounds tempting although not in a visual sense.

>You would acquire a lot of bacteria from the donor, but that is the point of the "operation". Other micro-organisms that live in the colon of the donor would come along too. I don't think you would get auto-immune issues, unless in some rare cases an auto-immune issue is caused by the micro-organisms transferred.

I am reporting this. You are telling me to eat sh*t and I find that very un-civil. :)
Seriously though, it is a bit dehumanizing to ask people you know if you can eat their sh*t.

Seriously, colon bacteria can be dangerous if they find their place to other parts of the body. So don't eat sh*t!

>So, I am supposed to go out and find some happy, athletic, attractive 20 year old and ask them if I can cram their sh*t up my big old 52 year old *ss? How does one go about that? Classifieds? Want ads? What if they press charges?

Vladimir Pootin xD
I get somewhat of a possible die off or herx reaction from the Probiotic. I got an E Coli overgrowth. I know for a fact. Maybe that organism is dying and releasing its toxins?
I am determined to fix my situation. Meds were evidently not the answer, at least not the whole answer.

I had to look up Ben Dover. I don't think I've ever seen one person with so many aliases. Especially someone who's not a felon.
This is the end of the thread.
