ok. so...there are a limited number of suppliers of sarcosine. this...inhibits glycine reuptake or...something, right?
my go to online vitamin place has a decent price on glycine, both capsules and powder. I know one of the brands...NOW, which has been good to me in the past.
does it matter which one I use? I'm also trying taurine @ 4 grams. in my case, the name of the game seems to be "simmer down!," along with a touch of mood brightening/activating/whatever you call it.
suggestions? experiences? thanks. :-)

Yes it gave me mood improvement but also akathisia.
