I didn't have prozac this morning and I went ahead and took lithium and lamotragine together and noticed a antidepressant effect. Lithium don't know how to describe but it increased my serotonin levels. Google lithium and serotonin it increases synaptic increase. Dosage daily is 300mg in morning and at night and 400mg lamotragine in morning. They both have antidepressant effects even without prozac

The afternoon dosage so 600mg in one dose and 400mg lamotragine in combo with lithium. It has noticable antidepressant effects. My doctor is going to take me off lithium because we plan on going back to max dose of Prozac and she said you can't take lithium with max dose of Prozac. I'll miss lithium but it was a short time because I was severely depressed. I hope maybe I can stay on lithium but this is just a status update

That's an interesting judgment that your doctor made about combining Prozac with lithium. However, I would want to know what your doctor means by "high". 20 years ago, Harvard performed an experiment adding lithium to Prozac 60 mg/day. I don't recall a single report of a hyperserotonergic symptoms as a treatment-emergent event.
I am confused by your description.
What was the dosage of lithium you were taking when you felt best?
What exactly are the treatment-emergent events that your doctor is concerned about? The sweet-spot for me is 300 mg/day.

Another finding of the Harvard study was that more people experienced improvements in their depressive states at low dosages of lithium, but not high dosages. The range of dosages of lithium that were found to be most effective as augmentation to fluoxetine (Prozac) 60 mg/day was 300-600 mg/day. I find that 300 mg/day for me is optimal. Raising or lowering the dosage by 150 mg/day causes me to relapse.

i'm going off lithium soon, i take 80mg of prozac and she said i can't take lithium with that dose. Maybe i can ask her stay on it when we resume fluoxetine at 80mg. I'm on 600mg right now, i take 300mg in morning and 300mg at night. Hopefully things will get resolved. But when prozac was absent noticed the antidepressant effect of lithium and lamotragine

i am mood stablizered up, i've taken 600mg tonight of lithium, 400mg lamotragine, latuda 60mg, and zyprexa 15mg
I feel ... stable, but it defeintly does not feel like regular me. It's stablization on nuerotransmitters, it does have a antidepressant effect, but it's ... it's not like a benzo feeling, I like mood stablizers, they take away the swings and unpleasantness of mood changes. You feel just ... stable. I hope ill stay on lithiun a bit more, ill ask my doctor

mood stablizer just .. you feel stable, there's less swings in mood, i like mood stablizers - i learned to like them because of the peace over mood changes they give.

Lithium - 300mg X 2 daily
Lamotragine - 200mg X 2 daily
Latuda 60mg - in afternoon
Zyprexa 15mg at nightthose are what im taking, i didnt take them all at once, i take them though out the day, but i do notice a stabilization in mood
