prozac and paxil are big no-no's in combining them. But i've read prozac and effexor have been used together, and also Remeron. But all i know is paxil and prozac are big no no' to take together. Maybe taking prozac at 40mg, and taking a small dose, but it's risky with these two.

wasn't their conclusion at the end of the article that the only combos that had evidence were S*RI + remeron or SSRI + trazodone ?
