Pseudophed/ephedrine

Posted by Jay2112 on February 27, 2022, at 16:55:07

Are there any other (legal) drugs or supplements like these? How are they unique? (mechanism of action?) I get the 5 oclock crash from Vyvanse. Definitely some tolerance to the later. The pseudophed helpsm without causing agitation/irritation like most other norepinephrine drugs. I read antipsychotics can slightly remove this tolerance (possibly)...actually it was SLS who mentioned it years ago. I may be going back on high dose risperdal, as some of the serotonin antagonism can make it a bit activating after awhile. I found Latuda horrifying at any dose. Same with abilify.

all i rerember when i was dexedrine spansule, when it worse off i used to drink heavy alcohol, and it seemed to make the crash better, or sometiumes euphoric. But no, i know this post is totally not about alcohol but im just saying when i crashed from amphetamines i woud drink southern comfort, or a heavy liquor. That was kinda dangerous if taken with a benzo. Psedopherine causes slight stimulation, but its not ... you won't find it likeable. And plus they used that to make illegal amphetamines.

during that time i was prescribed dexedrine span. and d-amphetamine boosts the mood, im saying it wears off...you feel washed out, tired, depressed, i hated it, i would drink liquour and high amount alcohol would phase out the wash out period. That is not a healthy or even solutionish for the crash. I shouldnt be posting that on the internet, but that's what happened with me.

i shouild not be posting this, but Pseudoephedrine by itself is not likable, you will feel a small moderate stimulation but it is nothing like a traditional stimulant. It releases dopamine slightly. This is before they made Pseudoephedrine illegal because people were making illegal amphetamines with it. They would use it, and turn into illgal amphetamine. It's not very likable, i rerember back in 2003 when you could by itself, it felt like wellbutrin and that was it. It's not gonna make a crashed from amphetamine better, make you more jittery and irrtible. It feels very simmilar to wellbutrin. Ok, i should not be posting this, don't want get in trouble. That is just my say on Pseudoephedrine. Government - im just trying to help and give insight, it's not a very likable drug by itself, because in 2003-4 you could by, itself...and i rerember i took it and it felt similar to wellbutrin. It had more cardiovascular side effects, rapid heart beat, irrtibility, etc. That's why they stopped making itself. Ok just wanted to give insight, please know that, have great day

I took ephedrine before clubbing. I think they were called "happy caps". I was more awake than ever and had fun. However, after a few hours I went paranoid. I was in bed in the (not so) early morning and couldn't get to sleep.

If it matters, there are herbs that contain epehdrine.

Ephedrine releases noradrenaline, and possibly a little dopamine. If I recall correctly, it is also a beta-adrenergic agonist.

Have you tried memantine or acamprosate for this purpose?

Risperidone (Risperdal) was the worst antipsychotic I've tried. Aripiprazole (Abilify) and lurasidone (Latuda) were much better. The antipsychotics I like the most, however, are sulpiride and amisulpride.
