I went out last Thursday night and ended up on a 40-hour bender on alcohol and cocaine. I have been extremely depressed since, slow thoughts, can't focus, can't even read. I've never felt like this. Are things going to get better? It sucks. No energy, want to sleep all day, as I said, can't focus at all. Mind is scattered. I'm very upset.

Is it any wonder that you feel bad now? The hallmark of drugs is that they make you feel better in the moment at the expense of what comes after. How is access to medical services?

Really? Does it get worse each time? 40 hours! Oh to be young again.

It will get better. The sleep deprivation probably does more 'damage' than the cocaine, but again with time it will resolve. Focus on 3 things.
1) Eat well
2) Get good sleep
3) Figure out why you went on the bender to begin with. Are there underlying mental health or impulse control issues? The antihistamine 'chlorpheniramine' may help with some of the withdrawal symptoms.

-get prayer on websites, through prayer reqeusts to restore you back to nomral
-focus on getting back to nomral, you feel stranded like this, but if you have a motivation or strong feeling your gonna get out of it, that will work. Some people would say 'will power' but it's like a feeling of survival that 'im gonna make it through this'

goal oriented survival mode to climb yourself out of this, - plant it in your thoughts
this also could eventually fade, and your could go back to nomral, i don't think that has done damage that is nuerlogical, or damaged to brain. There's people who have blown cocaine up their nose for years and they recovered

Chlorpheniramine has serotonin / norepinephrine reuptake inhibiting properties (significantly more so than cyproheptadine). I've heard that it can help with cocaine withdrawal.
