But im not gonna try anytime soon. I need to protect the progress I have already made. I want to see long term studies!

Just started Caplyta for TRD. It's still early but the pro's are decreased suspicion, less ruminations, some mood stability, no weight gain/slight appetite suppression Con's: nightmares, feeling a little blunted (flat).This med is supposed to have less side effects than some of the others. Time will tell.
