so I don't know a lot and they do in fact say 'a little knowledge is a dangerous thing' but it seems to me...
T cell count of >500 is okay for HIV + people to receive MMR vaccine (according to Step 1, 2019).
T call count of <I dont remember but higher than that is immunocompromised.
One cause of immunocompromise is... Living in humid and warm conditions where bacteria thrive... No air conditioning. Poor nutrition. Overcrowding.
Live attenuated vaccines are comprised of (amongst other things) weakened variants. Either a differnet varient (e.g., cowpox instead of smallpox) or one that has been messed with in some way to make it less likely to overwhelm the immune system of the person being immunised.
But with these live attenuated vaccines... How useful are they in the midst of an epdemic? People are being exposed to virulent strains and their immune system is being overwhelmed by them before they have the change to develop immunity.
How is riding on in there and exposing people to still more going to help out their immune system?
I don't understand it.
It seems to me that vaccinations are for the immunocompetent to protect themselves and others from current or future states of immunocompromisation.
This is simply a case of people going in and producing needle stick entries. Helping spread bacteria and who knows what else.
Perhaps I am understanding what the informed consent form available from city mission was about... Nobody in thier right might would consent to that.
She was quite adamant that she was giving me the flu.
And for immunocompromised people living on the streets: Most probably a true story.
But the flu isn't live attenuated... It wasnt' the nasal one...
I don't know / can't remember...

knowedge is a dangerous thing, but vaccines, the US we have a movement anti-vaxxers, they- it's poison in saying terms it's a vacinne, you get a vaccine, then you develop more illness, and you back and have get more medicine, or injections until person inability to fight any infections. make population manageable or compliant, that's a conspiracy theory. Like giving poison when they are an infant saying it's for their own good, to keep immune, then they develop disorders and autism, and etc.... having go back and then given more poison in form of med. Let's just say that in fictional terms. I don't ... i was given a vacinne when i was young, and i did notice after a while, ... don't know but changed, felt really sick for days after i got a shot my mom took me to the doctor for checkups. Putting bad chemicals in the body that make it sick, and doing it in mass production. But vaccines saved people's lives, but their also is just some fishy about it, with the chemicals that are mixed in with the vaccine. I don't know....maybe in crazy thought they designed these chemicals to cause illness later on, and programmed it like a virus... lol thats extreme. All these new humanitarian vaccines now, i don't what to think about it. Who knows, maybe for good or bad not sure
