Canada had a recent shortage of Nardil (ERFA; Pfizer). This was sept-oct 2019...I have been on 90mg/day for 10yrs+ and the whole country ran out. After about a week of cold turkey...the medication was back.....only thing is....im not the same. I feel damaged, uncomfy in my own skin, and my BP is very high...these things Ive been left with after going from max dose to 0 overnight. This ironically reminds me of goin into a BC hospital for any length of time...they force cold turkey and instant blind adherence to "procedural quidelines" with zero interest in patient comfort and mental health.
Oh Canada we sing.....your patients sing a far different tune madame, if you only knew.

Im so sorry to hear what you had to go through. In the future it might be an idea to stock up on it. Unbelievable though, that a large country like Canada would run out. I saw a clip of a canadian member of parliament, bringing up the topic and the health minister being lost for words...I do hope you are able to get back to your previous state. Really feel for you. Scary to think that we are at the mercy of the manufacturers.
