For schizo there's Roluperidone, Sodium benzoate, Evenamide, and Lumateperone that i have read about. Which ones do you think are worth getting excited about?
Im a bit saddened because the drug after approval will take further time to come to india. :(

It is interesting that it has shown some efficacy in treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Here's a bit more about that:

It appears that NBTX-001 is just a code name for the noble gas xenon, which is already available. If I recall correctly, this gas is a NMDA glutamate-receptor antagonist. Laughing gas (nitrous oxide) has the same mechanism of action.
