To inhale it you just breath it in. As far as where to get it, I have no idea.

Industrial gas suppliers have it, however even the smallest tank will be prohibitively expensive; think thousands of USD for just a few litres.

i've read about xenon, it's a chemical on the periodic table. Studied about them in high school. Xenon just like Lithium are good for depression and anxiety, and there both raw chemcicals on the periodic table.
i found this goverment study about major depressive disorder and xenon :
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03748446it's also anxiety reliever, but .... only way i think it's obtainable is in industrial factories or chemcial plants, i don't know .... lithium disovered for it's antidepressant effects long ago, same thing with xenon but it's not marketed or used in medical use that i know of, maybe in test-trials

My understanding was that its pharmacological profile is very similar to Nitrous Oxide; I wonder what the motivation to study it would be.
On a side note, xenon causes significant ozone depletion, and nitrous oxide is a highly potent greenhouse gas, so they are probably not something we should turn to in a big way.

would make descion to try xenon or xanax lol i would try xenon, and all the test trials there doing like you said. Would like to see it's antidepressant effect

They want to release it for PTSD associated anxiety. I hear it is also used for anesthesia as we speak.
