I'm restarting buspirone 10mg as depression adjunct for venlafaxine / lithium.

hoe many times per day.....what dose of effexor/lithium are you on......seems like dr's are shying away from benzos for buspar & neurontin

I'm only taking 37.5mg of Effexor and 300mg of lithium. I personally asked for the buspirone at this visit. I'm hoping for a bit more of a helper to these meds. In the past, it has helped with anhedonia to some extent.
