Hi all, I started the compounded ketamine nasal spray on 23 April, and a great start swiftly declined. My last appointment with my nurse practitioner saw an increase to my Wellbutrin XL to 450mg, and a scrp for Xanax prn. (Thats two benzos.)
Having talked with my therapist about it, she recommended a pdoc that now remember I tried to get into before, but the waitlist was 9 months long So Im very happy to say that he is straightforward
Took the Wellbutrin back down to 300. Stopped the Xanax, which I agree to. Stopped Norytryptalyne as I couldnt say why I was on it. Restarting Cymbalta, straight in at 60mg.
Well see.

The nortriptyline + Wellbutrin could be been a bit too noradrenergic. Swapping for Cymbalta may help balance things out.
