but on many others it says 4-6but do you notice after about 4 hours and kind of let down, or it wearing off... because it also depends on person's metabolism. It was usally 4-5 hours with me

i notice a slight headache at te3 hour mark ...i'm thinking thats when it peaks and i get about 6 hours....also take luvox

I thought it was 4 but I'm not a pharmacist :)
It would also depend on how fast you genetically metabolize drugs.

maybe vyvanse? its modified dexedrine. just a thought...it might lift your mood and such, with less effect on cardio stuff and it'd just be one capsule, in the AM.
or not. obviously, your psychiatrist is the one to make the call.
