Considering sarcosine for (bipolar) depression.
Anyone tried already?
Study here is quite encouraging.

I'm not entirely sure. I was kind of manic once on MAOI... It's debatable

I'm not sure what the difference is either. The only difference I can think of is that when you treat bipolar depression, it can turn into mania and unipolar can not. It's highly doubtful that Sarcosine will do that anyway.

Well, I don't know. I don't want to be responsible for anyone becoming manic on Sarcosine.

It's $30 on Amazon for a months apply, I'm tempted just to try it.
Jeroen, did you try reducing the dose? The clinical trial used does 500-1500mg so 2g is a lot comparatively.

be carefull taking this woth seroquel or quel XR if the med gives you tachardia (rapid heart rate) i personally do not recommend if the AP gives you this side effect while on sarcosine!
