Parnate has pooped out on me. My doctor is trying to add another medication before taking me off the parnate.
Does anyone know whether it is easier/less painful to come off parnate once it has pooped out as opposed to when it is still working ? And what rate would you recommend?

I would recommend the www.survivingantidepressants.org website they have a lot of experience with withdrawal. People here not so much. It can get ugly if you do it too quickly. Be warned, they don't like meds but that doesn't mean they can't help you.

I thought that Trazodone pooped out but as I weaned off of it I learned that it did not

So you are saying that because the withdrawal was painful, you are concluding that it had not pooped out? Not sure that I understand exactly what you may be suggesting......
