Last week I woke up Monday and it was the lowest I'd ever been. I got even worse during the week to the extent I though something else was wrong with me. I had no emotions (almost catatonic), was totally dissociated, demotivated, and started having horrific nightmares.
The only thing I could think that had changed was I'd stopped taking lithium orotate over the past week or so. As soon as I took one I swear I started to perk up in 15 minutes (could be placebo?). Sunday night I slept great. Last night had horrendous diarrhoea (again could be a synptom of something) but still slept okay...think the imodium might have given me a little insomnia, but we'll see tonight how I sleep.
This evening I've felt almost normal. But why the turnaround? Could it be the lithium? Or even the imodium too? Or am I rapid cycling?! Or could riluzole be kicking in after 9 weeks (doubt it). Tbh I found last week pretty scary and I'm bemused by all this.
This is the end of the thread.
