only way i know is that it used serotonin receptors and degraded the dopamine synapse or release, did something to the dopamine receptors. Prozac for me has helped me be in better mood to want to socialize, or just ... if i don't take it for a day or 2 i noticed very much a sink, and dreaded depression
prozac in some studies indirectly increases dopamine through norephineprhine reptake, but yeah the only thing i can think is fluoxetine altered or damaged dopamine terminals or receptors. No dopamine - no pleasure

i seem to recall reading that some psych drugs can cause (maybe...) a condition dubbed "tardive dysphoria."
i don't know how to fix it, sorry. the tardive psychosis that might result from neuroleptics is sometimes controlled with anti-seizure drugs (how, why...don't know...), but tardive dyspshoria...
maybe ritalin?
