I'd like to give my experience, but I don't have any. I pay out of pocket and so I stick with generics at the moment.

My old pdoc wanted to put me on it, but it was expensive, i had no insurance, and there was no generic for it, so he offered me a free month's sample. I turned it down because what was I supposed to do after the sample? Sometimes pdoc surprise me with their lack of common sense.
I realize this post is not helpful but I felt like writing something....

I think I went on some other generic ssri next like citalopram IIRC
