Would any posters know about this? I experience pain in my left hip. Good and safe OTC pain relievers?

If it is pain referred from your spine nothing helps very much. Normally (maybe) sciatic pain runs down the middle of the buttock and down the leg.

Dry needling helps. I had my PT do this one time for me instant pain relief. In my case it was muscle
