l-tyrosine vs dlpa

Posted by rjlockhart37 on January 11, 2019, at 13:58:18

i've noticed a difference, l-tyrosine is more direct and caffeine like in producing dopamine and norephirphrine, DLPA was more antidepressant but ... i don't know if you read what happened, but i was taking high dose of it and it caused intellectual disability, or impairment, i cannot ever take DLPA again, i took it again because i ran out of typronse, i cannot take it anymore, i don't get why these sites say you can take 3000mg up to 3x daily, that is a toxic dose....some of things written on the net are not accurate. Even though this is kind mumble jumble junk, i noticed significant decrease in memory and cognitive state during high dose and after it was discontinued

but im doing better with tyrosine, im able to think clearly and do activities and not be in a haze state......replenishes dopamine and norepinephrine to where back to normal

I just got a script for Ritalin. But before I fill it I want to try some other things first. Tyrosine is one of them. Mucuna Pruriens is another. Both make dopamine.

Years ago I tried tyrosine and also DLPA. Those trials went badly. With the benefit of hindsight, they went bad because I was severely infected with Lyme disease but didn't know it at the time - everybody thought it was just psychiatric stuff. Lyme messes up so many different chemistries in the body, and can make people super sensitive to various things so that they have paradoxical reactions or exaggerated reactions. Which happened big time with me.

But that was years ago. I'm a lot better now but I could still use a little assistance in the dopamine executive-function department. So I'm going to try tyrosine. I got 250mg.

Interesting - DLPA completely silenced my longterm tinnitus - ringing in the ears - went totally silent on DLPA. But also made me very dark, depressed, withdrawn. I might want to try it again but only at very low doses as a minor player, not a major player.

If you are interested in sharpening the mind, then there are a wide variety of supplements to help with that by way of anti-inflammation, anti-toxicity, and anti-infection. Alzheimers, dementia, aging in general, many diseases, all have those things as the root cause.

Of all the supplements one could take to help the brain, the one I have found most helpful is Vinpocetine, which is an extract from the periwinkle plant. It does a lot of good brain stuff. I would say it works very well but very slow - benefits are in months and years, not days or weeks. I've been on it 2 years and feel sharper than when I started taking it and my doctor agreed with that.

of i could go on ritilin, maybe so, it's the situation i'm in that ... i can't really change it right now

i just had another bad response, i took l-tryrosine i don't know whats happening, but i went to class the yesturday, i lost my keys and when the professor was speaking, it was like it went right over me and i didnt process the infomration. I don't know if there's a bad interaction with dopanine supplements combined with olanzipine, it said dlpa should not be taken with olanzipine due to tartive dyskensia, i've been in a distrressed state because i've seen memory loss, and cognitive lower, and i can't see my doctor.....it's the situation i'm in, and i have to rely on regulating certain things i can take. I woke up this morning around 6am and i could not think what i did previous days, and then finally when i took armodafinil in the morning my memory came back. It's a bad situation, the only i can do is post updates of whats happening, i don't care now if i write it publically, i don't have anyone to talk too, i might as well just put it public

but l-tyrosine replenishes dopamine and NE, but whats happening is i'm thinking it's mixing with the olazapine and it's having bad effects, the same with DLPA....it's ... i don't have anyone medically to talk too about this. Discontinued both typrosne and dlpa

but thank your response bleauberry, the supplement can work wonders for people with lowered nuerotransmitters, but other it does not

update - i've been writing down memory of what happened during the day. Whatever combination or interaction that happened ... it kinda damaged memory, hard to recall a thought or be spontanous on the internet....

i don't really have any doctor to call, i just ... make it public because at least i can tell whats going on, not to throw a big deal about something that's frivolous but i've had to write down things because whatever this combination did it effed up my memory
