i had a session with my doctor, it did not go so well, i've been having mood swings and they said it's.... normal.... basically can't tell them anything anymore, it's best if they don't know. There other medication i would start, because even if i did tell them what im going through they will do nothing but say it's normal. I mean, i went into the session to say i'm having mood swings, i just....i don't believe what i just was told .... have to use my brains and see the other treatment options that are available. Have to use brains, and find other ways of treatment. There's supplements like Phenibut and other medication that can be used, it's the only i can resort too. It's not funny
but besides that i'm changing my posting style, i'm spilling out too many details and it's annoying to read, thinking that these little blogs are being read by many people, but then come to reality and see it's just...gibberish, monkey see monkey do. I might as well benefit in my posts, instead of just whining about things

But posting style, i just want to get more indpeth in research, start providing better benefit for posters on babble

I tried some of the tDCS montages described in the link you included, and they gave my mood a boost.

taking other meds now, to counter act mood swings, and difficulty concentrating. Like i said before, simply find other options. They don't need to know, because it has no interferences with current treatment. You just don't tell them anything anymore, psychiatric facilities help and other resources.

not meds but supplements, there's variety of optiopns but at the point now where i may just go to a psychiatric facility and talk to them. This is not a fun situation, because they never take anything i say seriously, your talked down too and and told it is normal to have moods swings. There's state hospitals. If i go there, and tell them what meds i'm on, i can't do impatient, i'm not in that critical of a state, and they would redo everything. I just need to talk to one of their on-site doctors, if they would explore other options and just totally dis the doctor im seeing right now. A state hospital is serious cases, im not that bad in symptoms, but if i talk to one of their doctors, and tell everything thats going on, maybe they would find treatment plan. But this is all just thought. Ughhh...anyways just had to write that
cross my fingers and figure out somethign to do
