I've been augmenting my useless 20 mg Trintellix with 2 mg of Abilify. It's subtle but I think I'm getting more traction from Abilify than all the stupid antidepressants I've used over the last couple years for my anxiety and dissociation. I'm almost tempted to dose up and see if this can even get better. 3 mg or even 5 mg. I want to stop short of the dosage it stops being a motivator and becomes a tranquilizer. Though I guess I need to be careful because both drugs are metabolized by the same liver pathway and chances are my plasma levels of Abilify are higher. Though I smoke a pack a day and that likely induces a heck of a lot of both drugs out of my system. Tricky stuff.

Awesome. For me it was working, too. Unfortunately i had pretty nasty akathisia. It wasnt worth it.
