Has anyone tried augmenting their AD regime with turmeric? Not with cucumin or with the pepper that makes it more available. Just turmeric? Heard it is quite powerful for anxiety. Also has anyone tried TUDCA? Heard it was good but I see that it is metabolized by the friggin cytochrome P450 which seems to ruin everything I try. Many thanks,
Joseph

Its not supposed to be bioavailable, but I often take turmeric and ginger root to augment antidepressants. I notice as little as a teaspoon of turmeric.
