The Generic brand maker Teva has been my go to for Lamictal since switching from Brand in 2008. I had some bad experiences w/ other generic brands around the time (can't recall names).
FDA report showing Teva is finished making Lamotrigine: https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/drugshortages/dsp_ActiveIngredientDetails.cfm?AI=Lamotrigine+Tablets&st=d&tab=tabs-4&panels=0
I've started taking a generic by Alembic which seems to be fine moodwise but my stomach is extremely bloated. I'm wondering if the bloating could be specific to the generic change?
Can people who are currently having success on genertic Lamictal list the brand/manufacturer they use and whether or not they notice any odd side effects? I'm only taking 200 and most concerned about word loss issues and bloating.
Thanks so much for any brand recomendations.

I'm doing ok w/ Zydus lamotrigine. Insurance switched Teva for Zydus, and I don't feel the difference. Good luck.
