Hi! Has anyone found Nortriptyline over 100mg activating. I want to increase the dosage but scared of activation as my anxiety is already quite high. TIA Tracy

Before increasing your dosage of nortriptyine, it makes sense to check your blood level. Nortriptyline actually becomes less effective for depression if the dosage is too high. Blood levels of 50-150 ng/mL is the range most often quoted as being optimal.

Nortryptaline for anxiety? Bad choice. Nortryptaline hits norepenephrine receptors moreso than it does serotonin receptors and activating norepephrine receptors can cause anxiety.
What else have you taken?
