its something new, but it's on controlled substance list, but it doenst seem to have any of the benzo effects, so....who knows, the only sleepings meds i've taken was trazadone, temazepam, and rozerm
trazadone seems like it could be used as a over the counter sleep aid, it has low low addiction potential but still there are cases, it either made me glued to the bed, or still awake but in a unpleasant mind state, and still couldn't sleep..... temazepam i was prescribed for 2 years, it worked, its a good sleep aid, rozerem is a wishy washy med, it seemed to kinda work but later on just felt it was bullspin medication
belsomra doe something to your waking schedule in th brain and signals it to go to sleep, yet not gaba or benzo effects are present

In studies improved sleep latency by 6 minutes.
