L-methylfolate - adjuncts necessary?

Posted by JohnBoy2000 on November 18, 2016, at 16:33:02

They say the effective dose is 15 mg.
And it can be boosted by tyrosine, possibly SAMe, active B6 and B12.

Now - I haven't read any of the adjuncts being used in clinical trials.

Does anyone have insight on that?

i'm on 15mg in morning and i take 1000mg SAM-e through out the day, one thing i will warn is if you take them all together it can cause irrtibility or mild agitation.....i know that sounds wierd, but it if you take b12/b6/l-metholyfoate it causes irrtibility

it does help mood but be warned of that side effect

i would take deplin in morning, and sparingly take b12's and SAM-e at different parts of the day, all at one with me it causes irritability, feel agitated and unpleasant, but if there separated it works better
