Sarcosine: Update

Posted by Jeroen on October 9, 2016, at 12:44:42

Sarcosine (from brainvitaminz) 1 grams twice daily is replacing low dose Seroquel XR 100 mg
for me that is, at this time, been off Seroquel XR for a good 3 weeks+ (i could normally not function witouth it)-

I also take a depot of abilify 400 mg every 28 days for lamictal incuded psychosis i had in 2008, i only took 25 mg of this sh*t (lamictal) and it made me severely psychotic and that feeling never went away. (any suggestion on this)

Some Anti biotics treat my schizophrenia like minocycline 50 mg but its too dangerous to retry this potent again, i still believe i have some sort of infection or maybe not, Sarcosine will open some answers i hope.

I also take clonazepam 1 mg twice daily

my sleep is better then ever with the Sarcosine, mood improved, listening to music, creating my own music, i have a soundcloud channel.

I am not saying i am cured, but i am lot better and not even 2 weeks into the sarcosine therapy,
before this i took a pro biotic called nutrimonium for couple of months and lost weight on abilify and seroquel XR.

That's it for today ;) oh yes 0.5 mg of sarcosine didn't do the trick in me after 2 weeks.
