For those people who would like to remain active on Psycho-Babble, it might be productive to deluge Robert Hsiung, MD (Dr. Bob) with requests to return as a moderator of these forums.
I wrote two letters to Dr. Bob earlier today. I encourage others to write to him also.

Please attend to the posts on your site advocating or promoting a drug without following the FDA guidelines for advertising a drug that could seriously mislead readers to think that the drugs promoted by you are safer than they really are.
There are a wealth of real scientific studies to shiow that these drugs cause addiction, life-ruining conditions and death and they can make one's condition worse and induce suicidal thinking. They can wreck havoc on children to lead them to a lifetime of misery. Now the research shows that thousands of people each month die from these drugs. How could you neglect so great these studies when the jury is now in.
Roll over, Bob Hsiung, and tell John Grohol the news.

Sorry for the above. I had to just get one out of my system. I actually quite agree with your troll-handling stance, for the most part.
It won't happen again. I don't care enough (about that aspect of PB, not you et al, of course).

I really wonder if babble will be reactivated again, it's defeintly operating, but it's deputies and bob are playing hide and seek....
but i think we're doing good, there's only 1 individual that seems to cause disturbance, even the dupties when active let him troll the boards, somehow i think this individual has law suite threats for being blocked for discrimination
but still....we can say what we want, and ... it's going fine.....not blocked for saying a potty mouth word for 2 weeks

I'm not sure why we have remained unmoderated for so long. I believe that to return to a moderated forum - one that includes posting blocks - will be necessary to improve the function of the website as a resource for education and support.

With the current situation, it's not so much the incivility that bothers me, it's the off-topic, spammy nature of posts. No matter what the topic, someone starts in on their pet topics and won't stop. I'd be fine if someone wanted to post endlessly about the evil of psychiatry or perceived anti-Semitism at this site, as long as it wasn't introduced inappropriately into so many threads.

What you wrote could be that I am your subject person and could arouse hostile and disagreeable opinions and feelings toward me that decrease the respect, regard and confidence in which I am held.
Mr. Hsiung allows you to post with impunity about my character as it is a false accusation against me that you say that I am a troll here and cause disturbance.
I am trying to save lives here and what you wrote about me could sway readers to ignore what I write here and then think that defamation is supportive because Hsiung allows you to post such hate against me here with him giving you immunity from his enforcement policy. To allow hate to be seen as civil is a perversion of support, and worse, innocent children reading here could think that hate is supportive and that could lead to their deaths. For hate can draw one into a vortex of depression and readers here could be further swept down into the sewer of hate to hate even their own lives, and kill themselves. This is not supportive and not educational as Hsiung wants readers to think. As long as Hsiung allows you to post such hate against me here, more lives could be ruined by addiction, life-ruining conditions and death from reading here

Lou, there's not innocent children reading this website, and your not really saving lives, your saving people's tempers because you make us mad.....masquerade as a savior when really your just repeat notifications all the time. The Hsuing has not allowed me to do anything, i don't even know where the Hsuing is, maybe at the university of chicago or in his office, i have not spoke with The Hsiung about these matters, these are in your mind created scenarios

Thanks to Lou i am on 1000mg Seroquel and 20mg Zyprexa. I once was fine on 300mg Seroquel before his "intervention".

I have not saved your life. I could, if the prohibitions to me here by Mr. Hsiung were lifted.
Your life now is near sudden death. This is all because your doctors take the chance that your drugs will make you rock and whole.
Be not deceived. The drugs you take together could cause sudden death. In fact,
I have not given an intervention here for what I post here is met with scorn and ridicule that could lead readers to reject the very thing that I think could save your life.
This is the result here of the prohibitions to me by Mr. Hsiung. People like yourself think that I have never posted an intervention when the allowing of hatred to be posted against me and anti-Semitic propaganda is allowed by Hsiung to be seen as being supportive. So what he is doing is creating and developing anti-Semitic hate as being civil and supportive by him. That could cause readers to shun me here which is plainly visible. As to if Hsiung intends to do that, I do not think that is relevant as his intent could be identified by what can be seen. You are just one of many that are deprived to hear from me here what I think could save your life and free you from the bondage of the drugs that could kill you tonight.
And the other posters do not intercede to tell you that the drugs are combined in a way that could cause death. Your blood will not be upon me, and this site could lead you to your death because Mr. Hsiung does not intercede to warn you that your psychiatrist is giving you drugs that could kill you. Taking Trazadone with Seroquel and Zyprexa and Lithium is a concoction of death. and a psychiatrist here is allowing that to be seen as supportive. And when you awake from the darkness of the drugs it could be too late. And you could drown in your own tears.
