im not very sure. usually ppl take about 300mg
i split a 450mg pill, so i take 225mg which is still fine for me
im shizoaffective too... but more like mixed state ups and depressive downs... hearing comenting voices... but im somewhat fine by now
i take
10mg abilify and
225mg effexor
terazosine (sweating) (but also helps my deression)
Prothipendyl (sleep)

usally its 300mg......150 is a baby dose, sometimes not considered effective
